FLORIDA - Dylan DiFalco Allegedly Peed In Cop Car

While waiting inside a sheriff’s deputy’s vehicle in Naples, Fla., 19-year-old Dylan DiFalco asked a deputy if he could get out to pee, according to an arrest report sent to The Huffington Post and reported on in the Naples Daily News.

The deputy told DiFalco to “try and hold it like an adult,” according to the report, DiFalco then allegedly “took out his penis” and peed all over the floor of the car.

“I told you I had to go, you stupid cop,” DiFalco allegedly said.

The teen was accused of tripping a busboy at a restaurant. The busboy was trying to chase down DiFalco’s friend who ran out on his tab, according to the report.

When the deputy arrived, DiFalco was being detained by restaurant security. When he saw the deputy, DiFalco became belligerent, telling a waitress to “suck his d–k,” (‘suck his duck’, what does that mean?) according to the report.

DiFalco was held on a $2,000 bond and charged with battery for his alleged conduct with the waiter.
