Jerome Corsi – ‘Teabagger Moron of the Day”

Via: FreakOutNation

Jerome Corsi (Photo: presumably, Mr & Mrs Corsi), the World Net Daily contributor and Tea-Party activist, spoke during a conservative event in Oregon earlier this month, and claimed leftist atheists like the American Civil Liberties Union were trying to use same-sex marriage to “take God out of Church.”

Raw Story reported, ”He alleged leftists wanted to make same-sex marriage a constitutional right so that the government could crack down on Christians.”

But the part I missed — intentionally or otherwise — when I initially read the story, was as LiberalAmerica points out, that Corsi said, <em>“Sex isn’t about fun.”

Obviously I’ve been doing it wrong.

Coris further said “If you want to have fun, read a book, go to a movie. Sex is about the procreation of children. It’s a sacred responsibility that is meant by God to have men and women commit their lifetime to children.”

“take God out of the Church” (Actually God in Church is fine. God in government – Oh, hell NO!)

China ‘Happy Endings Massage’ now Legal

Via: Huffington Post

dA recent ruling by a court in Loooong.dong province is sure to be welcome news for Chinese men looking for a little something extra with their massages.

Last year, the Intermediate People’s Court in the city of Foshan ruled that performing masturbation on another person in exchange for money is not illegal and those who perform such acts should not face prosecution, according to a Nandu Daily report translated by the Global Times.

Prostitution is still illegal in China, as it has been since it was banned by the Communist Party in 1949. However, the Foshan court ruled that manual masturbation and “breast massage,” in which a woman massages a man with her breasts, are not sex acts, and therefore do not constitute prostitution, Nandu Daily notes.

Masturbation, which is referred to colloquially in Chinese as “hitting the airplane,”playing with little brother,” and “visiting Miss Five,” has long been an offering at some massage parlors in China. A 1999 Xinhua report found that one in five (one in five? puh-lease!) Chinese massage parlors were involved in prostitution, the Associated Press notes.

Rick Scott (R-FL) – ‘GOP Moron of the Day’

Via: Tampa Bay Times

During Tuesday’s meeting of the Florida Cabinet, Gov. Rick ‘All Anal’ Scott gave a routine update on the fungal meningitis outbreak in the state. But rather than direct people to the meningitis hotline, he transposed two numbers and instead directed callers to an “adult” phone line.

The mix-up was first reported by public radio station WUSF-FM 89.7 when it posted the number as part of its Web story. A reader notified them that the number did not connect to the state Department of Health but to an adult hotline with a greeting that begins, “Hello boys, thank you for calling me on my anniversary.”

personal thought:

Perhaps a good warning about what you keep on your ‘speed-dial list’; huh, Gov?

Female Chinese students return from France floozies: judicial scholar

Via: Global Times

Chinese women come home super sluts after studying in France, according to an associate judicial professor lecturing his class.

Zhang Haixia with an institute under the Ministry of Justice explained how all female students from China change into “Super Pan Jinlian” after returning home in a short undated video published online on Tuesday by Sina Weibo user Paris Observation.

Pan is a famously loose character from the Water Margin, one of the four great classical Chinese novels, and the poser believed that Zhang, as a counselor on judicial examinations, should be criticized.

Internet users including Wan Baobao, Lü Yan and Chinese scholar Yu Jianrong all forwarded the video.

After finding his video on Wednesday, Zhang responded on his microblog that it was “extremely shameless and despicable public opinion persecution” of him. People had defied his copyright over his own sayings, he wrote.

“Teachers can talk freely in class, and their sayings will only influence their students, but now, without the author’s agreement, the sayings are published on the Internet, and especially sayings arbitrarily clipped and maliciously used. I’ll bring the case to court, suing Yu Jianrong and the accomplice organization.”

Zhang singled out Yu.

“You know that in my class, I only influence fewer than 100 people, but your microblog will influence some millions of people,” he wrote. “And it will surely affect my reputation.”

(and then, and then; Yu, possibly You, singled out Zhang)

Zhang’s words exhibited his disrespect for Chinese female students in France, and hurt many students, Yu told the Global Times on Wednesday.

(I admit it; I’m soooo confused!)

Sexual Harrassing Lawyer Accused Of Raping Craigslist Women

Via: Jezebel

The ALLEDGED Craigslist rapist has an advantage over the other ones that have dominated the headlines: He specializes in employment law, specifically prosecuting sexual harassment. Also, it at least partly involves consensual BDSM.

Three women say San Francisco lawyer Robert Michael Hoffman (see photo), 50, raped or sexually assaulted them in the past few months, their ages ranging from nineteen to thirty-six. He faces charges of rape, sexual battery, false imprisonment, and forced oral sex. He founded an employment law practice that includes litigating sexual harassment cases.

In an interview with The San Francisco Chronicle, Hoffman’s lawyer framed this as a BDSM issue: “His ad clearly said he was seeking dominant sex with submissive women. It talked about getting controlled, getting hit and getting their hair pulled.” He claimed the DA had declined to file charges with the first two women who went to police, but that the third made the difference. The DA refused to comment on whether that was true, and if so, why they hadn’t gone forward with charges.

He also said, “We believe this is a case about bondage and aggressive sex involving women who were at the location voluntarily, consenting to rough sex…Our stance is if they withdrew consent, he would not have had sex. He did not want to have sex with people who didn’t want it.”

That all sounds good in theory, but we also wonder about the curious coincidence of three women who, between them presumably know at least something about the boundaries of voluntary rough sex, all finding him to have violated them. There’s always a measure of personal risk taken in making a sexual assault claim, but it’s inarguably bigger given that the social judgment these women would face, even in San Francisco, for looking for “rough sex” online and going to a stranger’s house for it. Even if some observers could understand the theoretical difference between preliminary consent and withdrawn consent — and the Julian Assange case taught us very few people do — we can already smell the “what did you expect?” from this side of the continent. If he did in fact rape and attack these women, it’s a good thing the DA thought otherwise.

That’s, ‘Sexual Harassment Lawyer’.
